AWC-Construction Services (AWC-CS) can assist clients as well as architects with the development of a high-level conceptual plan of a future space. Understanding the true needs of an organization should be the fundamental starting point for all design. In conversations and brainstorming sessions with the client, we identify those needs. Based on that knowledge, we can make design recommendations: how many conference rooms will be needed? Where should we put private offices to allow optimal flow of light? Those and similar questions will be answered in our preliminary needs analysis, resulting in a conceptual test fit. Test fits can then serve us as starting points to initial budgets and construction plans.
